REVIEW: Rarely have I been served a meal as sumptuous as the one I had at the Black Orchid Grille in Nashua, New Hampshire. The grilled tuna/swordfish special was served piping hot with linguine and grilled tomatoes. Seasoning included a light touch of Parmesan cheese.

This new (opened September 2005) establishment is set in a funky and tasteful setting just below street level. Service was attentive but not overdone, as can be the case in a new place that tries too hard. There is a beautifully designed bar. Atmosphere is ideal, with background music perfectly selected. Whoever runs The Black Orchid Grille loves this business, and it shows.
